Third Party Administration
Omni Group works with all TPA's, however we have been placing clients with a particular TPA, with specifically designed wellness programs that have resulted in lower spending for the Hospital and increased the health of employees. These programs utilize benefits for those who follow the pre-planned wellness programs and penalties for those who do not. The benefits and penalties can all be decided by the employer within the scope of the law.
